Our church is the home church of the Alabama Council of
the Christian Union. The Christian Union is a council of
churches formed in 1864 dedicated to promoting fellowship
among God's people, to put forth every effort to proclaim
God's saving grace to the lost at home and in foreign fields,
and to declare the whole council of God for the edification
of believers. This dedication has led to the establishment of
the Christian Union Bible College in Greenfield Ohio. We
will soon be working with our National Council to bring an
Extension to our Discovery Christian Church in Alabama. If
